I have 9+ years of experience in recruitment, specializing in technical and non-technical hiring across international markets.
My background includes working directly with clients — from defining hiring requirements and presenting candidate profiles to managing the recruitment process through to the final offer.
I also have experience building recruitment teams and designing scalable hiring processes, helping companies structure and scale their talent acquisition.
In addition, I have experience teaching and mentoring recruiters from scratch, helping them understand recruitment fundamentals and develop practical skills.
